Our Strength & Cardio classes at Workout Indooroopilly are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications available for beginners through to advanced participants. These energising classes focus on building functional strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and boosting overall energy levels in a motivating, supportive environment.

    Get ready to work-it in a circuit!  Held in the Main Studio, this 30 minute energising fitness circuit is suitable for all levels. Think rocking tunes, team work and so much fun you’ll be as happy as Paul in no time.

    It is the Work-It Circuit you know and love with even more sizzle. Go the extra distance with 15 minutes more sweat time!

    Lift

    Main Gym Floor

    LIFT Supervised is a beginner strength program to help you build confidence, learn correct technique, and ensure you’re training safely and effectively. It will help regain strength, maintain bone density, and improve your metabolism. You will follow an easy-to-use, self-guided strength program displayed on the gym floor notice board, while attending supervised coaching sessions for extra support. Coaching sessions require a booking. Please arrive any time during a session block – allowing a minimum of 30 minutes to complete your program before the sessions ends.

It’s simple to do and the slow tempo with lots of recovery periods allows for expert coaching, so you master form and technique. Driven by iconic music and group energy, it turns traditional weightlifting into a fun, social, and addictive experience.
