Our Strength & Cardio classes at Workout Indooroopilly are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications available for beginners through to advanced participants. These energising classes focus on building functional strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and boosting overall energy levels in a motivating, supportive environment.

    Main Gym Floor

    13 stations, 26 minutes, add rocking tunes and one excited trainer and you are ready to Work-it. This energising fitness circuit is for all fitness levels. Meet at the FITLINE.

    It is the Work-It Circuit you know and love but with even more sizzle.  Go the extra distance with 10 more stations and get ready to sweat.

    Main Gym Floor

    LIFT is a year-round strength training program on the gym floor. Suitable for beginners and regular gym goers, LIFT coaching sessions are booked (like a class) and are fully supervised by our strength coaches to ensure proper technique and build confidence with weights.
