Reformer Pilates

At Workout we call our Group Reformer Classes ‘GRC’. All fitness levels are welcomed.
During a GRC, music will play and your instructor will demonstrate and lead the class through a flow of targeted reformer exercises. You will feel the ‘best burn’ and feel challenged ‘just right’ in this expertly programmed body-toning workout. The Pilates Reformer uses springs to apply resistance to movement and it is low impact and joint friendly.
Pilates grip socks are compulsory for all Group Reformer Classes and are available for purchase from the Front Desk.
Class Types
GRC
Duration: 45 mins
A Pilates reformer class that will tone your body from top to toe. Our experienced Pilates instructors combine traditional and contemporary Pilates methods to shape the way your body looks, feels and moves.
GRC Express
Duration: 35 mins
Work harder and flow from start to finish in GRC Express. For people who are short on time but still want a tough, effective reformer class.
Mobility and Flexibility GRC
Duration: 45 mins
Tailored for over 55’s this practical, feel-good GRC is performed at a slower pace and uses props to assist stability. This class includes movements to promote better balance and enhanced freedom of movement.
