    In this class you will meet the beautiful and extremely talented ‘Allegro 2 Reformer’. Intuitive, adjustable and easy-to-use, the reformer creates a dynamic form of movement, using a rolling carriage and resistance springs. This class promises big and delivers, toning your body from top-to-toe. You will love GRC.

    35 minutes from start-to-finish, this express class is for early birds who are short on time but still want a tough, effective reformer class. Our Pilates instructors combine traditional and contemporary Pilates methods to shape the way your body looks, feels and moves.

  • Mobility & Flexibility GRC

    Tailored for over 55’s this practical, feel-good GRC is performed at a slower and measured pace. Using props to assist stability and the reformers spring-loaded resistance to facilitate deep, controlled movements, this class promises better balance and an enhanced freedom in movement.
