What is the Cycle Studio?

Our purpose-built Cycle Studio at Workout Indooroopilly offers an immersive indoor cycling experience for all fitness levels. Whether you're new to cycling or an experienced rider, our classes provide an energetic, low-impact workout option with motivating music and supportive instructors who will guide you through every pedal stroke.

    RPM

    Cycle Studio

    An indoor group cycling workout where you control the intensity. RPM is fun, low impact and burns loads of calories in a short amount of exercise time.

    Virtual

    Cycle Studio

    The virtual format of a live RPM class. Held in the Cycle Studio, set up your bike, jump on and start pedaling! The screen will burst into life at the class starting time. If you are not sure how to set up your bike there is a quick demo at the start of the class, or see one of the Workout team as you come in.

    Sprint

    Cycle Studio

    A 30-minute interval training workout, using an indoor bike. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. Scientifically proven to return rapid results.

    Cycle Studio
