RPM™ XTREME 60 min
A 60 minute mega workout! RPM XTREME for the regular rider who wants an extra challenge.
 
ABT 60 min
Abs, butts, thighs … ABT is a Pilates inspired, intense toning workout targeting the core, hips, thighs and bottom.

BODYBALANCE® 60 min
Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates… BODYBALANCE is a workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.  
 
PILATES 60 min
A total body conditioning method… PILATES will increase your abdominal, hip and back strength and improve your posture.
 
YOGA 60 min
Gentle hatha postures mixed in with a stronger vinyasa flow. YOGA works at increasing breath and body awareness and includes meditative elements to bring you to a more grounded state of being.

- The Club timetable and hours adjust seasonally and according to demand
- For your safety please make every effort to arrive in time for the class warm-up
- If you are new, pregnant or have an injury please see the Group Fitness Instructor before class
- Your feedback is appreciated and vital for instructors. Member feedback forms are
   located at the Front Desk and the Group Fitness notice board in the studio
